Tamara Fourth MS CCC-SLP, is an ASHA Certified and Licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of Florida. She resides in Orlando, Florida and is the Founder and Director at Fourth Enhanced Speech Therapy Services, LLC. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of South Florida and earned a Master of Science in Speech Language Pathology from Nova Southeastern University.
Tamara has worked with clients of varying degrees of communication needs across a diverse lifespan. Her clinical experiences range from working with early childhood (2 years old) to adulthood in different settings such as private practice, high school and a rehabilitation center where she was able to assess, diagnose and treat across vast demographics. Tamara currently works as a school based SLP in the elementary public school setting for the past 7 years and has acquired extensive experiences evaluating and treating speech and language skills in school age students (PreK, KG-5th grade).

While working as a school based SLP, Tamara had the opportunity to participate in a pilot program to implement curriculum based language therapy to a select number of students with language impairment in their respective classrooms. This treatment technique was effective as students demonstrated gains and were able to generalize their skills in different subject areas.
This opportunity allowed Tamara to develop expertise skills while examining the effectiveness of students receiving treatment in their natural learning environment. Tamara is passionate about eradicating the thoughts of “I’m not smart enough” and transforming it to “I can do anything I put my mind to”. Children learn best through intentional teaching and active involvement; so, it is important to ensure that they are able to participate in their learning to identify their strengths and master their goals for independence.
During her spare time, Tamara enjoys reading, trying out new recipes, traveling the world and spending time with her family.
